SMS ( short text message service)  Call-Back :   Mobile phone  users initiate long-distance calls by sending SMS messages to our SMS Gateway. The SMS message contains  specific information such as a PIN number, password , caller/Callee numbers. Mutualphone's SMS Gateway processes the message and authorizes Mutualphone VoIP platform to perform a call-back to the caller number. Once the user picks up the automated callback call, Mutualphone VoIP platform  will   connect him/her to the callee number.

For reseller, we offer a sms callback access point package. He will be provided with hardware/software to set up a sms call back access point in his own country . it needs a GSM SIM card, a computer connected to internet to set it up.
