Troubleshooting Procedure for customers:
1. After login , Please dial American weather line 0014163503000 to Check your call can go through successfully.
2 If it fails ( or you get 404 error) , check your account balance firstly ( dial 00114) , Check Balance/ Call History at http://mutualphone.winradius.net/ , make sure it has not run out. check the codec of your gateway/Softphone is set to G.729/G729a. X-lite doesn't has G.729 Codec, will not work.
